Paul Cluver Wine Estate. Last night we headed through to the Paul Cluver amphitheater to watch a wonderful South African band called the Parlotones.  Picture a rustic theatre in the middle of a Eucalyptus forest and one of South Africa’s best and up and coming bands combined with one of South Africa’s top wine estates (note to self – you have to enjoy the Paul Cluver wine while you are there and may not smuggle in other brands.  Second note…
