We are food and wine fanatics who love the Cape.   We offer a range of private tours to ensure that you leave the Cape with a real taste of  the Cape:  Cape Town Food Tours,  Cape Wine Tours and a relaxed tour of the Cape Peninsula.

Cape Fusion Tours is a small company that was created by Pamela McOnie.   She started as a one “man” band with the vision of offering a “taste of the Cape” ……….. its history, it people, their cultures, their cuisines and my love of the quirky, artisanal, hip and creative city of Cape Town.

What started as a one man business in 2003 has now grown to a small family of six team members.   Over the years I gathered a team of like minded people to work with me.   Each team member shares my interests.   We are all in love with Cape Town.  We are all foodies and  wine fanatics.  So, our aim is to show you who we are and why we love living where we live.

Our wish is for foodies to be able to use this website as a resource to plan their time in Cape Town.  So regardless of whether you tour with us,  we want to make sure you have a magical time wining, dining and playing in Cape Town.   As such we have a section dedicated to advice on our favourite restaurants, our favourite wine estates and also a blog to share some of our favourite places with you.   So tap into us if you are a food & wine fanatic!  We will make sure you don’t miss out on tasting the Cape!
